How to use the "Interactive Sourcing Network?"

» Make a Request

If you need to make a request for a product, service or information, submit a buyer or seller request to other network members by using the "Interactive Sourcing Network", the request and reply method of interaction.

Step 1 – Login with your user I.D. and password.

Step 2 – From the main menu ,click on the "Make a Request" Button.

Step 3 -When the request page appears ,choose the type of request you would like to make (buyer/seller).

Step 4 – Fill in the required information.
(Include the specific requirements and provisions of your request).

Step 5 – Click on the "Submit Request" Button at the bottom of the page.

When your request is submitted to the system ,you will receive a request identification number and additional information that allows you to view your replies confidentially.

»View Replies

If you have made a request ,you can view your replies confidentially.

Step 1 – Login with your user I.D. and password.

Step 2 – From the main menu, click on the "View Replies" Button.

Step 3 - From the list of Request I.D. #'s that appear, choose which reply you would like to view.

Step 4 - Click on the "View Now" Button at the bottom of the page.

Your confidential replies,corresponding to that specific Request I.D.# will appear for your review. You will have the option to "Send a Reply" to any network member for additional information.

» View Requests

Step 1 –Login with your user I.D. and password.

Step 2 – From the main menu ,click on the "View Requests" Button.

Step 3 – Choose the type of requests you would like to view .

Step 4 - Click on the "View Now" Button at the bottom of the page.

You will have access to view any/all categories of requests in the system. If you can satisfy a request(s), you have an option to send direct, confidential replies to the network member requesting a product, service or information.

 

» Send a Reply

If you can satisfy a request, send a direct, confidential reply to any network member requesting a product, service or information.

Step 1 –Login with your user I.D. and password.

Step 2 – When you find a request to satisfy, click on the "Send a Reply" Button, located at the bottom of each request page.

Step 3 – When the reply page appears, enter the required information and click the "Submit Reply" Button.
